Cocktail Hour: Blueberry Limoncello Prosecco

Summer weather is finally here and this refreshing drink is sure to be a favourite out on the patio! Keep reading to learn how to make this blueberry limoncello Prosecco!

We’re back again with another recipe for cocktail hour. This one could be easily made at a bridal shower, birthday, and even better, cocktail hour at your wedding! With Prosecco on tap of our champagne truck, limoncello on the side, and cute garnishes added, it’s such an easy recipe to put together.

I had my cousin Chelsea join me again which is always a hilarious and great time. She’s our editing queen for our IGTV videos, so it was only fitting that she should join me for another segment! Once again we have posted our video on Instagram and have written down the recipe on our blog to give you all a variety.

See below for the ingredients and the instructions:

Ingredients (Pitcher)

  • 1 bottle of Prosecco

  • 1 cup of limoncello liqueur

  • Thyme sprigs

  • Sliced lemons

  • Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add ice, sliced lemons, thyme sprigs, and blueberries to pitcher.

  2. Add full bottle of Prosecco.

  3. Add cup of limoncello liqueur.

  4. Mix it up.

  5. Add the garnishes and ice to glasses

  6. Pour and enjoy responsibly.
