Here it goes…

I’m Cait! The OG Champagne. For six years, I worked in the automotive industry running events for dealerships across Canada. My love for working with people and the adrenaline I get from running events has always told me that event planning and coordinating was my calling.

In 2019, I took a business course through Algonquin College with the goal of opening my own business in the near future. I registered and got certified with the WPIC (Wedding Planner’s Institute of Canada) and just like that Champagne & Co was coming to life! Fast forward to one year later and we’ve got a diploma, a certification as a wedding coordinator/consultant and a mobile champagne truck!

Over the last two years we’ve had the pleasure of working with dozens of amazing clients - creating memorable moments that were equally beautiful as they were fun.

In June of 2020, the best day ever was when I got engaged to my high school sweetheart Jamie, fast forward to June of 2022 and we got to have our moment. Having a supportive husband who has always encouraged me to follow my dreams is 100% why we’re here now.

I can completely relate and know how stressful it can be planning your own wedding or event and trying to dodge all the inconveniences or unwanted opinions. Do yourself a favour and sit back, pop some bubbly, and let us take the wheel!

NO stress policy

Champagne & Co has a “NO stress” policy. Our goal is to make sure you don’t feel an ounce of the pressure during the planning and the day-of. There are so many events where the host or couple does not get to soak in the important moments because they’re busy making sure everything runs perfectly. The wedding or event passes by and at the end of the night you don’t have the amazing memories that you wanted and expected from a day that you spent hours planning.

Imagine this…

It’s the day of your wedding. You wake up, excited that you’re about to marry the love of your life. You sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee (or mimosa) and you don’t have to worry about ANYTHING! You get to enjoy getting ready with your besties, jamming to your favourite music, and preparing for the best day ever.

That’s what we do. We make the tough decisions and create calm and peace so you get to enjoy every second of your special day or event. We’re holding your hand before you walk down the aisle, we’re helping you dodge all the unwanted family opinions through the planning process, and we’re executing your perfectly envisioned day. I’m recently married to my high school sweetheart (13 years strong).

I have a wiener dog (Obi) and an Australian Shepherd (Kylo). If I could have 20 more dogs, I would in a heartbeat.

I’m a very attentive and detail oriented person. If you told me a story about you and your partner - you can guarantee that not only will I remember it but I’ll go above and beyond to incorporate it in your wedding day in a unique way.

I’ve always loved all sports but hockey holds a special place in my heart. Having played traveling hockey for many years and one year of college hockey, it has taught me discipline, perseverance and that team work really does make the dream work.
